Chinon Norteman is a writer and researcher based in Hong Kong. She graduated Emory University with a BA in International Studies summa cum laude, and has since worked at the Brookings Institution’s Foreign Policy Center on the Security, Strategy, and Technology team, and the Financial Times. She is most interested in questions of technology governance, and its intersection with soft power, culture, and women.
