Jay is the Asia Head of Transaction and Financial Communications at FGS Global. A former transactional lawyer, he advises frontier technology platforms, AI enterprises, and tech-focused PE/VC firms. Based in Hong Kong, he specializes in high-stakes issue and reputation management, regulatory scrutiny, and international capital markets transactions across Asia and the U.S.

Prior to strategic communications, Jay spent a decade advising tech companies on cross-border M&A and venture financings at British international law firms. He holds a Juris Doctor from CUHK and degrees in economics and international relations from the University of Toronto.
